Trainer
A Chick-fil-A trainer is responsible for coaching and developing new team members to ensure they understand and uphold our high standards of service, food quality, and operational excellence. They lead by example, demonstrating our core values, including integrity, urgency, and empathy. Trainers provide hands-on instruction, offer constructive feedback, and foster a positive, supportive work environment that encourages growth and continuous improvement. Their goal is to equip team members with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver an outstanding guest experience consistently.


Team Champion
A Chick-fil-A Team Champion is a motivated and enthusiastic leader responsible for guiding team members during their shifts, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. They play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness, while also fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Team Champions support their team by providing direction, offering feedback, and stepping in to assist wherever needed. They help train new employees, ensure that everyone is aligned with our core values, and work closely with leadership to achieve daily operational goals. Their leadership is key to ensuring we are Gilbert’s most caring company.

​Shift Supervisor
A Chick-fil-A Supervisor is a key leader responsible for overseeing daily operations during their assigned shifts, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. They manage and motivate team members, delegate tasks, and ensure that all operations meet our high standards for customer service, food safety, and cleanliness. Supervisors are accountable for maintaining a positive work environment, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that guests receive an exceptional experience. They also monitor performance and support Directors in driving business results.

Director
A Chick-fil-A Director is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. They ensure that the restaurant upholds Chick-fil-A’s reputation for excellence by maintaining high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Directors are responsible for hiring, training, and developing team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, and motivating employees to achieve both personal and organizational goals. They also manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive business growth.
